Police release CCTV images after burglary at Poole garages

POLICE in Poole are keen to trace these people after a burglary in the town.

The incident happened at a residential building in Strand Street at around 2am on Saturday, July 29.

Dorset Police said three people forced entry to a communal garage at the property.

They were reported to be in possession of a pry bar and bolt cutters and are believed to have caused damage to a vehicle as they attempted to force it open, a spokesperson said.

They were seen on CCTV pushing a bike around the garage, but it is not believed anything was taken from the property.

PC Amber Nicholas, of Poole police, said: “We have been conducting enquiries into this burglary and have obtained CCTV images of three men we would like to identify as part of our investigation.

“I would urge anyone who recognises these people to please make contact with us.”
