Blue car sought following pedestrian accident in Poole

POLICE are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a pedestrian was injured in a collision in Poole.

Dorset Police were called at 7.39pm on Monday, December 22 following a collision involving a blue car and a pedestrian at the junction of Ashley Road and Cranbrook Road.

Emergency services attended the scene and the pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

PC Rhianna Sly said: “We have been carrying out enquiries into this collision and I am keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened.

“I would also urge anyone who was travelling in the area around the time of the collision to please review any dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.

“We have not yet been able to speak to the driver of the blue car involved and so I would ask that person to please get in touch with us.”
