A VAN ended up in a stream after a crash on the A31 near Corfe Mullen.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after the incident, near the Coventry Arms pub, at around 3.20pm on Tuesday, November 21.
Dorset Police said a silver Ford Transit van had left the eastbound carriageway and collided with a barrier before coming to a stop in a stream by the side of the road.
Officers attended and there were no reports of any serious injuries.
Road closures were put in place as the vehicle was recovered and fuel was cleared from the road.
PC Ashlea Gale, of East Dorset police, said: “This incident resulted in the closure of a major road and I would like to thank motorists for their patience and understanding during the closure.
“We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the collision. I would urge any witnesses to the collision itself, or the manner of driving of the vehicle involved, to please contact us.
“I would also like to hear from motorists who may have captured any relevant dashcam footage.”
