A MAN reportedly tried to kick two people in Poole Park last week.

Police said a man shouted at members of the public and tried to kick two people on December 12 between 7.45am and 9.15am.

“We received two separate reports of an abusive man in Poole Park near the play park,” a spokesperson for DorsetPolice said.

They added: “It was reported that the man shouted at members of the public and made attempts to kick two people.”

PC Kenny Follina, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out further enquiries into these incidents to establish the full circumstances.

“It is understood from victim accounts that others may have been in the park at the time, and I am keen to hear from anyone who was in the vicinity on the morning of Thursday, December 12 and witnessed anything suspicious.”
